Bu de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe, \u201cmetalin paslanmas\u0131\u201d da denmektir. Paslanma sadece g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc bozuklu\u011fu olmay\u0131p ayn\u0131 zamanda metali a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131ran bir kimyasal reaksiyondur. Ayr\u0131ca pas, kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 metalden takriben 30 kat b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hacim olu\u015fturdu\u011fundan, paslananan metalin \u00e7evresindeki elemanlar\u0131 da patlatmaya e\u011filimlidir. Metali, paslanmay\u0131 olu\u015fturan d\u0131\u015f etkenlerden uzak tutabilmek amac\u0131 ilen metal y\u00fczeylere koruyucu y\u00f6ntemler uygulan\u0131r. Bu koruyucu y\u00f6ntemlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 boya, plastik, nikel, krom, bak\u0131r ve \u00e7inko kaplamad\u0131r. Ancak; b\u00fct\u00fcn bu kaplama y\u00f6ntemleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7inko kaplama en g\u00fcvenli ve uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olan\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7inko kaplama (galvaniz) y\u00f6ntemi ile muamelenin di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemlere nazaran avantajlar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle say\u0131labilir:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Kal\u0131n ve n\u00fcfusiyeti y\u00fcksek ve homojen bir y\u00fczey filmi olu\u015fturur, di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemlerle ula\u015f\u0131lamayan kritik noktalar (i\u00e7 hacimler, keskin k\u00f6\u015feler, kesim yerleri, delik y\u00fczeyleri, bo\u015fluklar) vs. korunmu\u015f olur.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemler, ufak zedelenmelere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok hassast\u0131r ve genelde korozyon bu zedelenmelerde ba\u015fg\u00f6sterir. Oysa galvaniz kaplama \u00e7iziklere kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7lidir ve hatta kendi kendini onarma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir. Buna \u201cself healing effect\u201d ve \u201ckatodik koruma\u201d denir. Ayn\u0131 nedenlerle, s\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvanizle kaplanm\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeyler, darbelere kar\u015f\u0131 da g\u00f6rece korunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Kaplanan malzeme ile \u00e7inko metalurjik bir ba\u011f olu\u015fturur ve malzeme y\u00fczeyinde meydana gelen ala\u015f\u0131m tabakalar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f etkilere kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir kaplama sa\u011flar.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Galvaniz, y\u00fczey kaplama y\u00f6ntemleri aras\u0131nda en uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olan\u0131d\u0131r ve hi\u00e7bir bak\u0131m gerektirmez.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Belli bir estetik cazibesi vard\u0131r. \u0130lk ba\u015flar\u0131 parlak ve iki boyutlu kristalin bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fe sahip olan kaplama y\u00fczeyi, zamanla matla\u015farak homojen mat gri renkte bir y\u00fczeye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Ekonomik bir y\u00f6ntemdir.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ancak, s\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvanizin dezavantajlar\u0131 da vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">S\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvaniz y\u00f6ntemi ile kaplanm\u0131\u015f metallerin onar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve tamiri m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir, par\u00e7an\u0131n tadilat\/ onar\u0131mdan sonra bir t\u00fcm olarak tekrar galvanizlenmesi gerekir.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Par\u00e7alar\u0131n teker teker galvanizlenmesi gerekir, yani montajdan sonra galvaniz, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir y\u00f6ntem de\u011fildir, par\u00e7alar\u0131n galvanizlenmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nce s\u00f6k\u00fclmeleri, i\u015flemden sonra da tak\u0131lmalar\u0131 gerekir.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131 olan tanklar gibi baz\u0131 geometriler s\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvanize m\u00fcsait de\u011fildir, imalat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n, yap\u0131n\u0131n imalat sonras\u0131 s\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvaniz y\u00f6ntemiyle korunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmesi gerekir.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">S\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvaniz te\u015fkilat\u0131 pahal\u0131 ve yayg\u0131n olmayan bir te\u015fkilatt\u0131r, y\u00f6ntemin lojisti\u011fi sorun yaratabilir.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Teknelerde, \u00e7apalar, zincirler ve baz\u0131 tanklar s\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvaniz ile kaplan\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle klasik teknelerde, \u00e7arm\u0131k ayaklar\u0131, kurta\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131, bumba ve kapela fitingleri ve di\u011fer bir dizi aksam s\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvaniz ile korunurlar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">YachtWORKS, TS-914, DIN 50976 standartlar\u0131na uygun \u015fekilde bu kaplama metodunu uygulamakta ve tavsiye etmketedir. Demir esasl\u0131 kaynakl\u0131 ve \u015fekillendirilerek son \u015feklini alm\u0131\u015f malzeme, erimi\u015f haldeki \u00e7inko banyosuna dald\u0131r\u0131larak y\u00fczeyinde \u00e7inko-demir
