Yan ta\u015flama, motorlu f\u0131r\u00e7a ve benzer y\u00f6ntemlere nazaran \u00e7ok etrafl\u0131 bir te\u015fkilat gerektirir, ama \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve ba\u015fka metotlarla eri\u015filemeyen sonu\u00e7lar verir.\u00d6zellikle boyanacak metallerde, kum raspas\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphesiz en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 y\u00fczey haz\u0131rlama y\u00f6ntemidir ve rakip olabilecek di\u011fer bir y\u00fczey haz\u0131rlama y\u00f6ntemi yoktur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prensibi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kum veya \u00e7e\u015fitli di\u011fer projektiller, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava ile Venturi prensibi ile i\u015fleyen bir nozuldan ge\u00e7irilerek y\u00fcksek s\u00fcratle raspalanacak y\u00fczeye p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu s\u0131rada y\u00fczeydeki boya, pas ve di\u011fer kaplamalar\u0131 s\u00f6ker, mikro kraterciklerle p\u00fcr\u00fczlendirilmi\u015f bir y\u00fczey olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6\u011feleri:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Projektiller veya raspa cephanesi: \u00dclkemizde en yayg\u0131n malzeme kuarz kumudur. Kuzey y\u00f6relerde, &#8220;Podima kumu&#8221; ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda Karadeniz kumsallar\u0131ndan toplanan kum kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Kumda tuz bulunmas\u0131, raspalama i\u00e7in zararl\u0131d\u0131r, ayr\u0131ca do\u011fal s\u00fcre\u00e7ler sonucu olu\u015fmu\u015f kumlar\u0131n y\u00fczeylerin nispeten.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"IMG_6646\" src=\"http:\/\/yachtworks.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/IMG_6646.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>yuvarlanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, raspalama etkisini azalt\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra bir dizi projetil \u00e7e\u015fitli malzemelerde kullan\u0131m g\u00f6rmektedir. Genelde kompres\u00f6rler sistemin kritik \u00f6\u011fesidir, yetmezler, nozulda bas\u0131n\u00e7 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla verimin d\u00fc\u015fmesine yol a\u00e7aralar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nozul:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nNozullar \u00e7ok sert bile\u015fiklerden \u00fcretilen (\u00f6rne\u011fin bor karbid) i\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 en dar yerinde 8 \u2013 12 mm olan, profili Venturi etkisine yol a\u00e7an \u00f6zel elemanlard\u0131r. Projektil, uygun \u015fartlarda nozulda 200 km\/h mertebesinde h\u0131zlanabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kum kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma kazan\u0131:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c7ok fazla \u00f6zelli\u011fi olmayan basit, bas\u0131nca dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir kazand\u0131r, genelde alt\u0131nda bir kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma valf\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu valf kolay bak\u0131m g\u00f6rebilecek tipte olmal\u0131d\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kolay t\u0131kan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operat\u00f6r ve koruyucu giysisi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kum raspas\u0131 operat\u00f6r\u00fc, cebri hava ile solur, bu hava genelde ana kompres\u00f6rden dalland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. P\u00fcr\u00fczlendirmeyle y\u00fczey % 300&#8217;e varan mertebede &#8220;geni\u015fler&#8221; ve bu, boyalar\u0131n y\u00fczeye intibak etmesi i\u00e7in gereklidir. Raspalanm\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeye en iyi intibak eden boyalar epoksi esasl\u0131 astarlard\u0131r. Epoksi \u00e7inko fosfat \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir astard\u0131r, alt\u0131ndaki sa\u00e7\u0131 anodik olarak da korur. Y\u00fczeyin temizlik derecesi SA1 ile s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmaya ba\u015flan\u0131r. Raspalamadan sonra, hava \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re astar 2 -4 saat i\u00e7inde uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Raspalanm\u0131\u015f sa\u00e7, a\u00e7\u0131k gri, homojen ve ipeksi tekst\u00fcrde bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm arzeder.<\/p>\n<p>Boyan\u0131ncaya kadar y\u00fczey \u00e7ok hassast\u0131r, kesinlikle tiner, aseton, trikloretilen, bez, f\u0131r\u00e7a, vb dokundurulmamal\u0131, s\u0131rf bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava ile &#8220;silinmelidir&#8221;. Kum raspas\u0131 uygulanm\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeylere kesinlikle el s\u00fcr\u00fclmemelidir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"IMG_7914\" src=\"http:\/\/yachtworks.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/IMG_7914.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pik d\u00f6k\u00fcmlerde (salma a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar) kum raspas\u0131, d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcn g\u00f6zenek yap\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar verir.<\/p>\n<p>Derin g\u00f6zenekli d\u00f6k\u00fcmler, kum raspas\u0131 dahil hi\u00e7bir y\u00f6ntemle pastan ve y\u00fczey bozulmalar\u0131ndan tam anlam\u0131yla ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lamaz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u011fne raspas\u0131 kum raspas\u0131na alternatif midir? \u0130\u011fne raspas\u0131 y\u00fczeyin bir dizi i\u011fne hareket ettiren bir pn\u00f6matik \u00e7eki\u00e7le temizlenme ve p\u00fcr\u00fczlendirme y\u00f6ntemine verilen isimdir. Ancak al\u00fcminyumda da kum raspas\u0131 en iyi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Al\u00fcminyumda y\u00fczey oksidasyonu ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta \u00e7ok ince oldu\u011funda kesinlikle g\u00f6z\u00fckmez, al\u00fcminyumun hi\u00e7 bekletmeden astarlanmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ah\u015fap:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngiltere&#8217;de kum raspas\u0131, kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve katlarla boya kaplanm\u0131\u015f ah\u015fap y\u00fczeylerin rutin ve hassas bir \u015fekilde boyaya haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir y\u00f6ntemdir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CTP (veya daha yayg\u0131n ad\u0131yla fiberglas):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CTP i\u00e7in de kum raspas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u00d6zellikle hidrolize u\u011fram\u0131\u015f (osmozlu) fiberglas, kum raspas\u0131na tabi tutuldu\u011funda, y\u00fczeyin alt\u0131nda kalan, g\u00f6ze tam g\u00f6z\u00fckmeyebilen zay\u0131flam\u0131\u015f b\u00f6lgeler patlat\u0131lmakta, sorunsuz fiberglas ise bu s\u0131rada bozulmamaktad\u0131r. Ger\u00e7i bu \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeyler \u00e7ok p\u00fcr\u00fczl\u00fc olduklar\u0131ndan di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemlerle &#8220;haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f&#8221; y\u00fczeylere nazaran daha fazla macun gerektirmektedirler, ama raspalanm\u0131\u015f y\u00fczey fiberglas\u0131n kurumas\u0131na \u00e7ok m\u00fcsait oldu\u011fu gibi, sa\u011flam y\u00fczeyleri azami derecede korunmu\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kumun i\u00e7ine demir oksit (pas) da kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, raspa yap\u0131lan yerlerin civar\u0131ndaki di\u011fer tekneler sararabilir ve tozdan a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 zarar g\u00f6rebilir.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Raspa operat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn maske cam\u0131 k\u0131sa aral\u0131klarla de\u011fi\u015ftirilmelidir. \u0130\u015flem normal cam\u0131 &#8220;buzlu cama&#8221; d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden operat\u00f6r bir s\u00fcre sonra \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6remez. \u00d6n\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6remeyen operat\u00f6r ise tahribata yol a\u00e7ar.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ufalanm\u0131\u015f kumu tekrar kullanmak verimsizli\u011fe yol a\u00e7ar. align=\"justify\">Y\u0131kanmam\u0131\u015f deniz kumu raspalanan suya hassas (paslanabilecek) y\u00fczeyleri derhal bozar.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Raspalanan y\u00fczeye k\u0131sa aral\u0131klarla iki kat astar uygulamak gerekir, tek kat astarda baz\u0131 g\u00f6zenekler g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131ndan, y\u00fczey bozulmas\u0131n\u0131n tohumu at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">E\u011fer raspalanm\u0131\u015f y\u00fczey usul\u00fcne uygun boyanamazsa, boyama arifesinde h\u0131zl\u0131 bir &#8220;sweep
